This document contains the full set of terms of use governing your use of the Publife Card.
We recommend that you read this document carefully before using the Publife Card. If you have any questions or would like more information about your Publife Card, please contact admin at info@publife.com.au.
All offers stated in our terms and conditions are subject to change. All changes will be published on Publife website www.publife.com.au.
By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Publife Card, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use; and

4.1 How and where you can use the Publife Card
To join Publife customers must firstly complete the online Subscription Form which can be found here. Once customers have successfully completed the form they will then be sent a confirmation email and can then pick up the card at their preferred venue during their next visit.
Once they have retrieved their card from the bar staff, members can then activate their card and use it on their order to receive their immediate discount and other Publife benefits. Members will retain their card for further use at each visit.
Customers must be aware delivery of cards to pub venue could take up to 24 Hours.
Your Publife Card may only be used in person by the owner of the Publife Card at the Point of Sale. The identity of the retailers who have agreed to accept the Publife Card may change from time to time.
Publife Members must be 18 years or older.
Each hotel will accept the Publife Card in accordance with these Terms of Use and any applicable law. You acknowledge that the Publife Card may not be used:
4.2 Loading Publife Card
Credit can not be loaded onto the Publife Card
Note: there may be a delay with the Publife Card activating in the system once loaded. During this delay, the Publife Card cannot be used for purchases or transaction enquiries.
4.3. Purchases with your Publife Card
Select food & drink from the hotel with your Publife Card at the point of sale operator. The operator will ask of your Publife Card & will swipe your card in the pin pad. The transaction will be completed when the discount has been reduced from your bill. No change will be given.

4.4. No cash advances
You cannot obtain any cash advance with your Publife Card or redeem your Publife Card for cash.
4.5. Validity and expiry of Publife Card
Your Publife Card will be valid for use for two years from the date of issue (or as otherwise extended by us). Any balance that remains on a Publife Card will not be available for use after the card’s expiry date.

4.6. Re-issue of faulty or damaged Publife Card
Re-issue of faulty or damaged Publife Card is not available unless the Publife Card are proven to be faulty or damaged as a result of the production process or otherwise due to the fault of Publife, its agents or contractors or a participating retailer.
4.7. Destruction of Publife Card with no value
Once the Remaining Card Value is completely used, destroy your card by cutting it in half diagonally. Your Publife Card cannot be reloaded.
4.8. Lost or stolen Publife Card
Treat your Publife Card like cash. Lost or stolen cards will not be refunded but can be replaced at a cost.
4.9. Checking your Publife Card expiry and transaction history
You can check your card balance, expiry date and transaction history at any time contact contacting admin contact admin at info@publife.com.au. For balance enquiries by phone or online, you will be required to enter both the Card Number and Access PIN on your Publife Card prior to getting access to the card information.
4.10. Can I exchange my Publife Card?
You can exchange a faulty Publife Card for a new one by contacting admin at info@publife.com.au. You can also transfer points to another active Publife Card by contacting admin at info@publife.com.au.
You are responsible for the use and safety of your Publife Card. You are liable for all transactions on your Publife Card, except to the extent to which there has been fraud or negligence by us or by any of our employees.
We reserve the right to change any of the terms contained in these Terms of Use at any time where the change is required:

Our Privacy and Security Notice explains how we handle the personal information that we may collect from you with respect to Publife Card. If you do not have a copy and are unable to access the notice online (at www.publife.com.au), please contacting admin through www.publife.com.au It is important that you carefully read and understand the Privacy and Security Notice and each applicable Privacy Policy.
8.1. Publife Card
If you have reason to believe that an error has occurred in relation to your Publife Card, you should contact admin at info@publife.com.au.
8.2. Goods or services
Any complaints about goods or services purchased with a Publife Card must be resolved directly with the hotel concerned or can be sent to admin at info@publife.com.au.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss or damage (whether direct or consequential), nor be in default under these Terms of Use, for failure to observe or perform any of our obligations under these Terms of Use for any reason or cause which could not, with reasonable diligence, be controlled or prevented. These causes include acts of God, acts of nature, acts or omissions of government or their agencies, strikes or other industrial action, fire, flood, storm, riots, power shortages or failures, sudden and unexpected system failure or disruption by war or sabotage, and other acts or omissions of third parties.
